The Steelers Need To Add A Center
By Red Zone Insider
The Steelers Lost Pro Bowl Center Maurkice Pouncey Sunday to a ankle injury. He will miss six to eight weeks this season.
They do have Cody Wallace and B.J. Finney. Cody Wallace will start the season for them, but they would be smart to sign someone to be his backup. Because B.J. Finney is not ready to go up against first team defenses.
Here are some centers they cold sign:
Chris Myers, 34
Brian De Le Puente, 30
Doug Legursky, 29
Scott Wells, 34
Mike Brewster, 26
Kevin Matthews, 28

15 Free Agents The Steelers Could sign
The Steelers team needs right now are: Offensive line, Wide Receivers, Running Backs, and Conner Backs.
The 2nd, and 3rd team O-Line haven't been all that impressive in two games.
They need a veteran receiver.
More running back depth would be nice.
They need help in the secondary.

Should The Steelers Sign Aldon Smith?
By RedZoneInsider Twitter @RedZoneInsider
The Steelers are in need of getting pressure on the Quarterback. Although the have invested some high draft picks in Jarvis Jones and Bud Dupree, But both aren't getting the job done. They do have James Harrison who is a former Defensive Player Of The Year, But he is 37 years old and is on a limited snap count as Outside Linebackers coach Joey Porter said on the draft weekend.
Aldon Smith is one of the most impressive young pass rusher in the league. His big problem is his troubled past with what he does off the field.
The Steelers would have a scary front seven if they would sign him, and once Bud Dupree starts getting a consistent pass rush, but till that happens they have Art Moats who is a good pass rusher. The Steelers would have a good rotational group of pass rusher behind Aldon at the ROLB and Bud at the LOLB with Jarvis, James, Art Moats, and Anthony Chickillo.

The Steelers Have Signed A Kicker
The Steelers have signed free agent Kicker Garrett Hartley to replace injured Kicker Shaun Suisham who tore his ACL trying to make a tackle on a kickoff in the Hall Of Fame Game this past weekend.
Below is a little background info of Garrett Hartley.
Hartley went undrafted in 2008. He signed with the Denver Broncos, and was released right before the start of training camp.
He then signed with the Saints in 2008 where he spent five season with them. He also won a Super Bowl while he was with the Saints. He missed the entire 2011 after injuring his hip in a preseason game. During the 2012 and 2013 seasons he struggled with bouts of inconsistent kicking.
He signed with the Browns in December of 2014 to finish the season for injured Billy Cundiff (Knee). He was waived in March of 2015.

Brandon Boykin Trade To The Steelers
August 1st the Eagles traded cornerback Brandon Boykin to the Steelers for a conditional 5th round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft
Two things came to my mind when I saw the trade 1. Senquez Golson's shoulder injury cold be worse then what they are saying.
2. They were in need of some cornerback depth/ Cortez Allen might not be with the team at the end of training camp.
As of right now this is a very good trade for the Steelers since they look be trying to make a run deep in the playoffs this season.
Brandon Boykin's Stats: 120 Tackles, 1 Sack, and 7 Interceptions
