The Bills cut veteran Running Back Fred Jackson as part of the cuts to get their roster to the 75 player limit.
The Steelers are one team that could use a player like Jackson who is a good veteran back and a good leader on and off the field.
Below are five reasons why the Steelers should sign Jackson.
1. He is a good veteran back.
2. He would be insurance if Deangelo would go down with a injury in the first two weeks.
3. A good short yardage back who can break long runs, and has good receiving skills.
4. Good leader on and off the field.
5. They need running back depth.
