Round 1. Leonard Williams, DE USC: He was the best player in this years draft, and was not getting passed the Jets. He has the athleticism to stuff the run in the backfield and still get a pass rush. Grade A-
Round 2. Devin Smith, WR Ohio State: He tracks the deep ball as well as or even better then most the receivers in this years draft. He had at Ohio State last season a 28.2 yard average per reception. Grade B+
Round 3. Lorenzo Mauldin, OLB Louisville: You can't help but root for him because of all that he's been through, and he gives you all he's got game in and game out. Grade B-
Round 4. Bryce Petty, QB Baylor: The Jets add a developmental quarterback to challenge Geno Smith. He still needs to get used to taking snaps from under center again and calling plays in the huddle. Grade C
Round 5. Jarvis Harrison, G Texas A&M: He has the size to be a starter in the league after a season or two. He is a project with a good upside in athleticism and awareness. Grade C-
Round 7 Deon Simon, NT Northwestern State (LA) : He is an older prospect (24) who has dealt with a knee injury. The Jets get a big bodied 2-gapper this late in the draft. Grade D
Overall Grade: C+
